This thesis deals with the creation of the control program according to the standard 88. Document contains a brief description of the security features of the model of the pneumatic press. It also focuses on the description of the standard 88 and its subsequent implementation on the pneumatic model. Next part of this document describes the development environment FactoryTalk Batch, which will be used for batch control. The next is a description of the phases formed in RSLogix 5000, configures and recipe created in the FactoryTalk Batch software. The last point is the creation a product for pressing and stamping.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of batch control application. After the introduction to the topic, the ČSN EN 61512-1 norm, essential for correct approach to batch control, is described. The text then goes on to show the setup for the application development on a flowchart and actual implementation. The application is developed in SIMATIC Step 7 V5.5. The last part of the bachelor thesis deals with visualization, is processed in WinCC Explorer V7.0.
